Update - August 2024 We keep getting asked for our Wood Smoked Chilli Jam but that was strictly a limited edition so we cannot make it again. Instead we have tweaked our regular jam to give it a hint of smoke. The result is a better depth of flavour, a better colour and a thicker consistency.

Made with home grown Scotch Bonnet and Smoked Habanero Fatali chillies for a good level of heat (but not too much!).
We use fresh Scotch Bonnets and smoked Habanero Fatali pods.
We did a limited edition Smoked Jam - but alas it was just that... a limited edition. However we've slightly modified our recipe for this chilli jam to give it a little smoke. Just a little though.
Perfect with cheese & biscuits or with a savoury cream tea (a cheese scone, a piece of cheddar and a nice dollop of chilli jam on top).
It is also amazing in a wrap as unlike a chilli sauce, it won't leak out of the bottom of when you pick it up. It's good to spoon onto cheese dishes.
