A medium chilli sauce with a rich garlic flavour and a hint of smoke often associated with BBQ sauces.

This sauce is our best seller at markets and is very versatile. Use with any dish to give an extra depth and flavour. We use it mainly on pizzas, jacket spuds, eggs, cheese on toast. It is made with roasted caramelised garlic and naga chillies and is packed full of flavour.

Probably the best overall chilli sauce I've had!
"This is not a super-hot sauce, it's a sauce I'd be happy to put on just about everything - robust but moderate heat. The flavour is somewhat like a good chutney, enhanced with rich garlic and of course the chilli warmth. Highly recomended!" Crispin - 12 January 2016
