Part of our fruit sauce collection, this sauce made is with fresh Blackberries and our Aji Limo Pods.
Containing over 55% blackberries, this has a really fruity flavour. You can smell the fruit as you open the bottle. It is a bit different to all other sauces on the market.
We were the first to make a blackcurrant chilli sauce as far as we know and it is really popular with our customers at markets. This new Blackberry sauce is a similar but a very limited run. 130 bottles only. When they've gone, they've gone!
Ideally it is used with duck or game dishes. However we use drizzled over salads or icecream.
