BlackSheep is a sweet and smokey, garlic chilli sauce made with Fresh Aji Lemon chillies grown here at the farm. It is based on our Goblin chilli sauce which is always popular although we've modified the ingredients - removed the tomatoes & apples and instead added smoked peppers, ginger and Aji chillies.
It is ONLY AVAILABLE from our main stockists at Countrymans Choice Farm Shop in Ivybridge, Devon.
Our chilli jam is mainly based on BlackSheep albeit without the ginger.
Ingredients : Sugar, Smoked Red Peppers, Red Onions, Fresh Aji Chillies 12%, Roasted Garlic, Ginger, Cider Vinegar, Ginger
Medium Heat : 150ml bottles with black caps.
