We tend to use them to make Fireball Pickled onions....
Get some silverskin onions (you know the white ones you get in shops), add a Reaper chilli and close the lid. Store in a cool, dry place for a month and bingo ... Fireball onions. Not exactly difficult which is why we don't sell chilli pickled onions.
The Carolina Reaper is a cultivar of the Capsicum chinense plant.
