The Cold pressed Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil is from Fussells of Somerset (as seen on Dragon's Den) and the chillies are a mixture our dried cayenne chillies grown here on the farm and dried lemon thyme which are infused into the oil to give a superb balance.

Unlike other oils, Rapeseed Oil does not overpower the flavours of your dishes. It also looks fantastic.
Rapeseed Oil is also a healthier oil option with half the saturated fats of olive oil, about ten times the Omega 3 and 3 times the Omega 6 fatty acids compared to Olive oil. It also contains Omega 9 and Vitamin E.
Best of all is the lack of food miles. Unlike Olive Oil, the rapeseed is grown here in the UK (in Somerset) and the chillies are from our farm in Devon.
