After customer requests we present our Carolina Reaper chilli oil. Being a type of Habanero this chilli oil is packed with flavour and EXTREMELY hot!! So use sparingly.
It gets hotter & hotter the longer you leave it. We use it drizzled over pizzas or as the base to a hot & spicy stir fry.
The Cold pressed Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil is from Fussells of Somerset (as seen on Dragons Den) and the chillies are a mixture of our dried chillies and infused into the oil to give a superb balance.
Extra Virgin - Extra Virgin oil is the oil that comes from the very first pressing of the Rapeseed- it has the least impurities and the least amount of processing- no heat or other methods besides pressing was involved in obtaining the oil.
Cold Pressed - The best oils are cold pressed. The oil is obtained through pressing and grinding fruit or seeds with the use of heavy granite millstones or modern stainless steel presses, which are found in large commercial operations.
