How to Order
Our STANDARD UK DELIVERY CHARGE IS £4.75
We have no minimum order but we'd suggest at least £8 or the postage can be more than the value of the items.
Free delivery on orders over £35
If you are local (within 5 miles) we will hand deliver your order and refund any delivery costs.
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked Service.
If there is strike action, we will use couriers for all orders but the price may increase as we are not VAT registered.
Please allow about 3-4 working days for delivery. If it is urgent, use the extra information box on the website and we will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as we can.
We accept credit and debits cards with no surcharges through PayPal and Stripe secure payments.
Telephone numbers / Safe place gubbins....
Too many orders have sat in sorting offices whilst we struggle to contact people. If we had a phone number the courier can call if there is a problem. We will not call unless there is a problem with delivery. We will not use your number for any other reason.
Also if you have safe place such as a greenhouse, porch or garage, please let us know and we can give this information to Royal Mail.
